What people actually need is their ride to run like new. Like, yesterday. So AutoZone ran a campaign that let people know getting in the Zone is all about getting whatcha need. How do you tell people that Knob Creek is the perfect gift during the gift-giving season? You blow the dust off an old forgotten program and remind people that the best gift is the one with their name on it. We reintroduced the Custom Label Program during the holidays and watched orders rise from 300 the previous year to over 7,500 in one month. All for free. And all to be placed on more bottles purchased than in previous seasons.
