Today’s used car shopper is haunted. Terrified of overpaying, 80% say they have access to “too much information.” These would-be buyers suffer from what we call Auto Anxiety. And if this used-car horror story couldn’t get any worse, young drivers don’t know CARFAX has the antidote to all that plagues them.
